General Conditions: The general conditions follow the conditions established by the Fédération Nationale des Gites de France et du Tourisme vert.

Conditions for reservation: The reservation is taken into account once the client has provided the deposit of 25% of the total price of the stay with a minimum of one night for each room.

Cancelation Policy: In all cases the deposit will be kept by the proprietor. The proprietor has the right to request the total price of the intended stay. If the client does not arrive before 8pm on the day of arrival, the proprietor can cancel the reservation and give the room to other clients. In this case the proprietor will keep the deposit and has the right to request the total cost of the intended stay. In the case of a visit that is unexpectedly cut short, the price for the entire intended stay must be paid.
